Description: This attribute defines the verified state of the ComPort. This state can only be set by the NMAPS. If this attribute is false, then all cells rates shall be set to 0 on the appropriate Ethernet and RF Receiver cards.
What is hcxStuAuthorized?
This read-write true/false object records whether the ComPort has been verified by the management system (NMAPS), and per the description setting this to false forces all cell rates for the device to 0 on the associated Ethernet and RF Receiver cards. An admin uses this as a hard kill-switch for service to a specific subscriber, distinct from physical acquisition. For example, to immediately suspend a delinquent account without physically disconnecting the device, an admin sets hcxStuAuthorized to false(2).
