What is hcxUpstrmRpmPrimServState?
This read-only PrimServiceState object reports the primary in-service/out-of-service status of the Remote Power Module (RPM) attached to this RX/RXM card, per the description. It gives the admin the headline health check for the RPM device separate from the RX card itself. For example, a monitoring dashboard polls hcxUpstrmRpmPrimServState alongside the RX card's own state to distinguish an RPM-side outage from an RX-card outage.
