This read-only Integer32 reports the number of Far End Line Block Errors detected on this OC-3 port during the previous, completed 15-minute period. It gives an administrator a finished far-end line-error count for trending transmit-path quality toward the remote end over time. For example, an operator would compare this previous-period value to the current far-end counter to see whether a suspected local transmitter issue is worsening.
