What is hcxOc3AggrActDnStrmCbrRate?
This read-only Integer32, expressed in Kbps, reports the sum of all ComPort downstream CBR rates currently active on this OC-3 port, counting only ComPorts that have actually acquired service, unlike the configured-only figure in hcxOc3AggrDnStrmCbrRate. It gives an administrator a real-time view of live downstream CBR load actually riding the optical trunk versus merely provisioned load. For example, an operator could compare this active figure against the configured aggregate to see how many provisioned CBR subscribers behind this OC-3 uplink have not yet come online.
