What is hcxEtherUnitPrimServState?
This read-only PrimServiceState value reports the overall primary service state of the Ethernet card as a unit. It gives an administrator a quick top-level health check of the whole card before drilling into individual port states. For example, an operator seeing this attribute report out-of-service would know the entire Ethernet card has a problem rather than just one of its ports.
