What is hcxEtherPrevRxPkts?
This read-only Gauge32 counts Ethernet packets received on this port during the previous 15-minute period. It gives an administrator a finished receive-traffic figure for the last complete interval, complementing hcxEtherPrevTxPkts for a full duplex traffic picture. For example, an operator troubleshooting an intermittent subscriber outage could compare successive previous-period receive counts to find exactly when traffic stopped.
