What is hcxEtherPrevCollisions?
This read-only Gauge32 counts Ethernet collisions detected on this port during the previous, now-closed 15-minute measurement period. It lets an administrator compare the just-finished interval against the current one to see whether a collision problem is worsening or resolving. For example, an operator seeing this previous-period count much higher than the current count would conclude a duplex-mismatch issue on the port has since been fixed.
