What is hcxEtherCurrRxPkts?
This read-only Gauge32 counts Ethernet packets received on this port during the current 15-minute period. It gives an administrator visibility into inbound traffic volume from attached ComPorts for that port. For example, a sudden drop in this counter for a normally active port could alert an operator to a customer's modem going offline.
