What is hcxEtherAggrActUpStrmMaxRate?
This read-only Integer32, expressed in Kbps, reports the sum of all ComPort upstream maximum cell rates currently active on this Ethernet port, counting only acquired ComPorts. It gives an administrator a live view of the total possible upstream burst demand from currently connected subscribers. For example, an operator seeing sustained near-saturation on this active maximum-rate figure might conclude the port needs additional upstream capacity or fewer subscribers assigned to it.
