What is sleTimeStamp?
This read-only DisplayString gives the human-readable History time-stamp for this row, in the format 'hh:mm:ss dd/mmm/yyyy' such as 14:58:15 05/Jun/2003, covering the monitored segment as a whole for this 15-minute long-term sample. An admin reads this text field directly when reviewing history rows in a management console, since it avoids having to convert the paired epoch-based TimeStampIndex by hand. For example, seeing a TimeStamp of '09:15:00 12/Mar/2026' next to an error counter for the monitored segment as a whole tells the admin exactly which 15-minute long-term interval that spike occurred during.
