What is slbTimeStampIndex?
This read-only Unsigned32 is the History time-stamp index for this row, expressed as UTC seconds since midnight January 1st 1970, identifying which 15-minute long-term sample interval this row covers for the whole monitored link (both ports combined). An admin uses this raw epoch value to programmatically sort or bucket history rows by exact sample time, which is more reliable for automation than parsing the companion text time-stamp. For example, a script polling this history table converts the TimeStampIndex value back into a date to confirm it is pulling the 15-minute long-term sample it expects for the whole monitored link (both ports combined) rather than an unexpectedly stale row.
