What is pldUtilization?
This read-only Gauge32 reports this protocol's share of wire-speed utilization, scaled by 1000, so a value of 132 equals 0.132% wire speed. An admin watches it to see whether a specific protocol, identified via pldProtocolName in the same row, is consuming a disproportionate share of segment bandwidth. For example, a pldUtilization spike on a row identified as "IPX" would flag legacy IPX broadcast traffic as an unexpected bandwidth consumer.
