What is pldTimeStamp?
This read-only 20-character DisplayString renders the moment from pldTimeStampIndex in human-readable "hh:mm:ss dd/mmm/yyyy" form. It lets the admin read the sample time for this protocol's utilization/error data directly, without decoding the raw epoch index. For example, it might display "14:58:15 05/Jun/2003", the exact format the MIB documents for this field.
