What is mplbTimeStamp?
This read-only object gives the History time-stamp for this row of the mplb peer-pair basic-load history table, described in its own definition as UTC minutes since midnight January 1st 1970 in human-readable form. An admin browsing the mplb peer-pair basic-load history table through a management tool reads this field instead of the raw numeric TimeStampIndex so the sample time is immediately understandable without conversion. When reviewing a spike in one of the counters recorded alongside mplbTimeStamp, an admin would glance at this timestamp to see it happened at, for instance, 09:15 on a Monday morning rather than overnight.
