What is ipsiTtlExceeded?
This read-only Counter32 counts ICMP Time-to-Live-Exceeded messages seen between the two peer addresses, generated when a packet's TTL reaches zero in transit. An admin watches this counter to detect routing loops or excessively long paths between the two hosts identified by ipsiIp1Index/ipsiIp2Index. For instance, a rapidly increasing ipsiTtlExceeded count for one IP pair would suggest packets between them are looping through a misconfigured routing table.
