A value of 4294967294 indicates unknown.'
What is ipsiPerformance?
This read-only Counter32 is a rollup that sums the Fragment Reassembly Timeout, Source Quench, and TTL Count Exceeded report counts for this peer pair into one Performance Indicator total. An admin can watch this single counter as a quick health signal for the pair instead of checking ipsiFragTimeout, ipsiSrcQuench, and ipsiTtlExceeded individually. For example, a sudden jump in ipsiPerformance would prompt the admin to then break it down by checking which of those three underlying counters actually increased.
