What is ipsiNetRouteProblem?

This read-only Counter32 rolls up all of this peer pair's ICMP "Routing Problems - Network" reports, combining counts like Destination Net Unknown, Network Prohibited, Network TOS Unreachable, and Network Unreachable into one total. An admin uses it as a single indicator that something is wrong with routing to the destination network for this pair, before drilling into the individual network-level ICMP counters to find the specific cause. For instance, if ipsiNetRouteProblem starts climbing, the admin would next check ipsiNetUnreachable and ipsiNetProhibited on the same row to see which specific network-routing failure is driving it.
