What is ipsdTimeStamp?
This read-only 20-character DisplayString gives a human-readable rendering of the same moment encoded in ipsdTimeStampIndex, formatted as "hh:mm:ss dd/mmm/yyyy" on a 24-hour clock. An admin viewing this table in a MIB browser can read this field directly instead of converting the raw Unix timestamp themselves. For example, the MIB's own text shows "14:58:15 05/Jun/2003" as the kind of value this object would return for a session logged at that time.
