What is cntsctRxStatus?
This bitmask reports the live receive-side state of a subchannel, with bits for whether a host-initiated receive has begun, whether receiving is enabled, whether a cancel is pending, and whether a transport-error notification has been requested. An admin uses it to see whether a subchannel is currently allowed to receive data or has been deliberately blocked. For example, finding bit 1 cleared would tell an admin that receiving has been disabled on that particular subchannel.
