What is cntllc1OutXids?
This counter records the number of LLC XID requests sent to a peer data link layer from this LLC1 instance. An administrator uses this to confirm the instance is actively issuing XID exchanges to establish or verify its link with a peer. For example, this counter incrementing without a corresponding rise in cntllc1OutXidResps would suggest the peer isn't responding to this instance's XID requests.
