What is cntllc1OutXidResps?
This counter records the number of LLC XID responses received from a peer data link layer in reply to this instance's XID requests. An administrator compares this against cntllc1OutXids to determine what fraction of this instance's outgoing XID requests actually got a reply. For example, a large gap between requests sent and responses received points the admin toward a peer that isn't answering XID exchanges properly.
