What is cntllc1InTests?
This counter records the number of LLC TEST frames received from a peer data link layer on this LLC1 instance. An administrator uses this to see how often the peer is issuing loopback test frames to verify link reachability. For example, a sudden burst of incoming TEST frames might correspond to a peer device running its own diagnostic sweep of the link.
