What is cnticmpOutDuHosts?

This read-only Counter reports the number of times this node sent an ICMP destination-unreachable message because a requester tried to send a datagram to a host this node couldn't reach. An admin would use a rising count here to identify that specific downstream hosts, rather than entire networks, are the ones going unreachable. For example, a climbing cnticmpOutDuHosts count would suggest a particular server behind or beyond this node has gone offline.
