What is cnticmpInTmXceeds?

This read-only Counter reports the number of times this node received an ICMP time-exceeded message for a datagram whose time-to-live expired in transit. An admin would treat a rising count here as evidence that packets destined for some target are looping or traveling an unexpectedly long path. For example, a spike in cnticmpInTmXceeds toward a particular destination would suggest a routing loop developed on the path to that destination.
