What is cnticmpInReNets?

This read-only Counter reports the number of times this node received an ICMP redirect message because a shorter path to a destination network was found. An admin reviewing routing efficiency would use this counter to see how often other routers are steering this node toward better paths for entire networks. For example, a burst of cnticmpInReNets after a topology change would reflect routers helping this node adopt newly available shortcuts.
