What is cnticmpInReHosts?

This read-only Counter reports the number of times this node received an ICMP redirect message because a shorter path to a specific destination host, rather than an entire network, was found. An admin would note this counter rising when individual host routes are being optimized by upstream routers. For example, a steady trickle of cnticmpInReHosts entries might simply reflect normal route optimization rather than any problem.
