What is cntLuaCount?

This value reports how many Logical Unit Adaptor (LUA) resources are present on this system. It tells an admin the LU capacity currently available for SNA-style logical channel endpoints on the device. For example, if cntLuaCount unexpectedly drops after a reboot, an admin would know a LUA card or module failed to initialize.
