What is cntFeatureQuantity?
This read-only INTEGER reports the quantity of the feature identified by cntFeatureIndex that is present on this node. An admin verifying licensing compliance would check this quantity against what was purchased or entitled for that feature. For example, a feature quantity higher than what was licensed would prompt a review of entitlement records.
