This object captures the value of the error counter from the sample just before the FrameErrorThreshold was reached, and is reset to the current error counter value once the associated condition becomes active. An administrator uses it to reconstruct exactly how many additional errors accumulated between the last healthy check and the threshold event. For example, comparing this baseline against the live error counter after a threshold alarm tells the admin the size of the error burst that triggered the alert.
