What is cntCpuXtraInts?

This read-only Counter reports the number of spurious (unexpected or extra) interrupts detected on this CPU. An admin would treat a rising count as a sign of noisy or misbehaving hardware generating interrupts the software doesn't expect. For example, a CPU with an unusually high cntCpuXtraInts count compared to its peers might have a flaky adjacent hardware component triggering false interrupts.
