Description: The system number for the CPU monitoring this CPU.

What is cntCpuMonBy?

This read-only INTEGER reports the system number of the CPU responsible for monitoring this CPU. An admin mapping out the node's internal watchdog relationships would use this to know which processor's failure would leave this particular CPU unmonitored. For example, learning that lcp-1 monitors this CPU tells the admin that a failure of lcp-1 could blind the platform to future problems on this CPU as well.
