What is esisISHouts?
This read-only Counter tallies ES-IS Intermediate System Hello (ISH) PDUs sent by this entity to announce itself as a router to end systems on the link. An admin cares because a stalled count means this device has stopped advertising its routing presence via ES-IS. For example, esisISHouts not incrementing on an interface configured for CLNS routing points to ISH generation being disabled or broken there.
