What is clnpOutErrors?
This read-only Counter tallies the total number of CLNP Error PDUs sent by this entity, across all error categories. An admin cares because it reflects how often this device itself is rejecting malformed or undeliverable CLNP traffic arriving from its neighbors. For example, a spike in clnpOutErrors right after a peer's software upgrade could mean that peer is now sending PDUs this entity considers invalid.
