What is clnpOutErrProcs?
This read-only Counter counts protocol-procedure CLNP Error PDUs sent by this entity. An admin cares because it means this device is detecting protocol-procedure violations in PDUs arriving from a neighbor and reporting them back. For example, sustained protocol-procedure errors sent toward one neighbor suggest that neighbor's CLNP implementation isn't following the expected PDU handling rules.
