What is clnpOutErrHops?
This read-only Counter counts hop-count-exceeded CLNP Error PDUs sent by this entity. An admin cares because it means this device discarded an inbound PDU whose hop count was exhausted before delivery, often exposing a loop upstream. For example, hop-count-exceeded errors sent for traffic from one particular source hint at a routing loop somewhere before it reaches this device.
