This read-only Counter counts hop-count-exceeded-during-reassembly CLNP Error PDUs sent by this entity. An admin cares because it shows fragments of an inbound PDU aged out at this device before all pieces arrived for reassembly. For example, this counter rising during large fragmented transfers into this device suggests fragments are taking inconsistent paths and arriving too late to reassemble.
