What is clnpOutErrHdrs?
This read-only Counter counts header-syntax CLNP Error PDUs sent by this entity. An admin cares because it means this device is rejecting inbound PDUs with malformed CLNP headers and reporting that back to the sender. For example, header-syntax errors sent toward a specific neighbor after that neighbor switches vendors could indicate an incompatible header encoding from the new equipment.
