What is clnpMediaToNetHoldTime?
This read-write INTEGER gives the number of seconds a clnpMediaToNetTable entry remains valid, with static entries required to always report -1. An admin cares because it exposes the TTL of a dynamically learned hardware-to-CLNP-address mapping in the reverse-indexed table, while -1 flags permanent entries. For example, an admin distinguishes a manually configured media-to-net entry from a learned one by checking for the -1 hold time value.
