This read-only Counter counts unsupported record-route-option CLNP Error PDUs received by this entity. An admin cares because it signals a neighbor rejected a PDU from this device because it doesn't support the record-route option used for path tracing. For example, unsupported-record-route errors while running a CLNP path-trace utility indicate one hop can't honor that diagnostic option.
