This read-only object reports the size of the largest CLNP PDU this entity is capable of reassembling from segmented PDUs arriving on the interface identified by the corresponding clnpAdEntIfIndex. An admin can use this to understand per-interface reassembly limits, relevant if some interfaces have less buffer capacity than others and might fail to reassemble unusually large fragmented traffic. For example, an interface reporting a smaller maximum reassembly size than another on the same device would tell the admin that interface is more likely to generate reassembly failures under heavy fragmented traffic.
