What is clabTopoFiberNodeCfgRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object is the standard SNMP interlock used to create, activate, or delete a fiber node configuration entry in the CableLabs topology MIB. An admin's provisioning system drives it when defining or removing a fiber node that maps a segment of the HFC plant topology. For example, setting this to createAndGo(4) after populating the fiber node's identifying parameters brings a new fiber node entry into active use for topology reporting.
