What is clabTopoChFnCfgRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object is the standard SNMP interlock used to create, activate, or delete a channel-to-fiber-node mapping entry in the CableLabs topology MIB. An admin's provisioning system uses it to associate a specific downstream or upstream channel with its serving fiber node in the topology table. For example, destroying this row via RowStatus removes an outdated channel/fiber-node association after a plant topology change.
