What is clabGREFilterAllInterfaces?
This read-create TruthValue decides whether a GRE filter's criteria are scoped to only the tunnel interface named in FilterInterface (false) or applied globally across every TunnelInterface on every Tunnel (true). An admin toggles it to widen or narrow the blast radius of a single filter rule instead of duplicating it per tunnel. For example, setting it to true lets one DSCP-marking filter cover all GRE tunnels on a multi-tunnel gateway at once.
