Description: Enable or disable cut-Through for priority 7.

What is rlIfCutPrioritySeven?

This read-write TruthValue enables or disables Cut-Through switching for traffic marked with 802.1p priority 7, the highest 802.1p priority, on this interface, per the description. Since priority 7 is typically reserved for the most critical network control traffic, admins often enable cut-through here first to minimize latency for that top-priority class. For example, enabling cut-through specifically at priority 7 ensures critical control-plane traffic gets the fastest possible forwarding treatment on this port.
