rlCutThroughPacketLengthAfterReset

Module: CISCOSB-rlInterfaces

OID (symbolic): CISCOSB-rlInterfaces::rlCutThroughPacketLengthAfterReset

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.54.29

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: The default packet length that is assigned to a packet in the Cut-Through mode after reset.

What is rlCutThroughPacketLengthAfterReset?

This read-write INTEGER (257-16383) sets the default cut-through packet length that will take effect after the device's next reset, per the description, distinct from the currently active rlCutThroughPacketLength. Admins use this to pre-stage a new cut-through length setting that won't disrupt current traffic handling until a planned reboot applies it. For example, an admin scheduling a maintenance window could set this value in advance so the new cut-through length takes effect automatically at the next reset without a separate manual step.
