What is rlDot3adAggPortLacpMuxState?
This read-only INTEGER reports the current state of the LACP Mux (multiplexing) state machine for this port: detached, waiting, attached, collecting, distributing, or collectingDistributing. An admin can use this to see exactly how far a trunk member port has progressed toward actually forwarding traffic as part of the aggregate. For example, a port reporting waiting(2) has not yet been attached to the aggregator, so it isn't forwarding any trunk traffic even though LACP is running.
