What is rlSyslogClearLogfile?

This read-write Unsigned32 triggers deletion of the persistent syslog log file when set to any value other than 0. Admins use it to reclaim flash space or start a clean logging baseline before a troubleshooting session. For example, an admin about to begin a controlled test writes a nonzero value here to clear old entries so the log file only contains events from the upcoming test.
