What is rlSecuritySuiteMartianAddrStatus?
This read-create RowStatus controls adding or removing a custom martian-address block entry. Admins care because it's how they mark an additional address range as invalid/unroutable source traffic beyond the built-in reserved list. For example, an admin uses createAndGo to add a private test subnet as a custom martian entry, causing the switch to discard any packet spoofing that subnet as its source.
