What is rlSecSdRuleUserName?
This read-write DisplayString(0..39) holds a specific username when the corresponding rlSecSdRuleUser is set to user-name, and stays empty otherwise. Admins care because it lets them scope a Security Sensitive Data access rule to exactly one account rather than a whole channel or role. For example, an admin enters 'svc-backup' here to grant that one automation account a distinct SSD read rule, leaving the field blank for rules that apply based on channel type instead.
