This read-only INTEGER lets the current session retrieve its own Security Sensitive Data channel identifier, used to index into the sessions table. Admins care because it's the anchor value a script needs before it can look up its own session's current access settings. For example, a management script reads this OID and learns its session ID is 7, then filters the sessions table to that index to check its own current access level.
